Mosbie: Exploring Exploring Cell Pathway Rule-Based Model Development over Time

The project develops a journaling system for tracking the iterative development of rule-based models in computational and systems biology. Such a system will allow biologists to follow the branches of the models they develop, determine which models contain certain functionality, and track the parent/children of each model.
