To get pizza you just need to buy it and save your receipt. At the meeting you need to have everyone sign in on a sheet of paper (see reimbursement question below). To best keep the receipt around $15, Adam suggests on Atwood street, 2 large or 3 mediums. It is $4.90 for a large plain cheese at any time and according to Adam they are pretty good. Make sure to get at least one pizza that is meat free for the vegetarians. Usually about 2/3 of people prefer something non-meat anyway. Keep in mind that we need plates, cups, and something to drink too. Usually 4 liters is enough fluid (not that it has to be soda).

You don't have to get pizza, but do try to stay under the $15 limit. There are always inexpensive , in particular if you're willing to use a food processor.

2. How do I get reimbursed?

Please print a copy of this form before the meeting, fill in the top information, and have everyone eating the food sign up. Then tape your receipt to an empty page, and make copies of both the receipt and the sign-up sheet. Bring both originals and copies to Dr. Marai. Stop by the reception desk to provide your contact info if need be.
